Roger Gibson:found objects

I have been collecting ‘interesting things’ since childhood. Art buffs call these things found objects, objets trouvė, or readymades. What artists make with them are described as sculptures, assemblages or installations. Just now I’m not creating any of those: having acquired thousands of objects with which to work , I find I don’t have enough lifetime left to sort them, store them and work with them. Now follows a phase of uncollecting in which I put most of my archive into the creative hands of other people.

You can be one of those other people: see

In case you were wondering, eatio is an acrostic for Emotional Attachment to Inanimate Objects....
